Our retail client is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to support associate-facing communication strategies and change management initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced global organization.
In this role, you'll join a highly collaborative team focused on driving effective internal messaging around IT-related projects and change programs. You'll draft content, manage communication plans, and help ensure employees are informed, aligned, and engaged.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies and change deliverables.
Draft memos, SharePoint articles, announcements, and training materials for internal audiences.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather content and streamline messaging.
Execute communications plans and track deliverables using centralized tools.
Support change management efforts tied to IT and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Maintain consistency and clarity across multiple internal channels.
Assist with ad hoc projects in support of broader business goals.
Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
Experience simplifying complex technical topics into digestible, clear messages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
A keen eye for visual communication and brand voice.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, or related experience.
Skills:
Drafting training or enablement content.
T, HR, or enterprise systems communication.
Content management systems or intranet tools.
