YOUR MISSION:

• Responsible for all financial tasks needed for new store openings, relocations and closings
• Point of contact for vendor communications (Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS, etc)
• Provide daily store support for 100+ retail stores, including financial supplies, service issues, credit card terminal problems and miscellaneous inquiries.
• Coordinate with PUMA partners for equipment and services needed for stores
• Properly code vendor invoices and troubleshoot billing issues
• Maintain the Retail Finance email inbox as well as any incoming mail
• Handle credit card disputes
• Prepare and upload journal entries at month end
• Administrative support/projects as needed
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of training & experience required
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Retail Store or Operations experience a plus
• Finance/Accounting knowledge preferred
• Must be a team player, have organizational skills with an emphasis on details
• Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and identify, escalate or resolve problems
