Mantell Associates are exclusively partnered on a CEO Appointment with a 100+ FTE Software organization who are accelerating the In-Vitro Diagnostics, Regulatory & Compliance process.

If you have experience in the following areas and are interested in learning more, please get in touch:

• Exceptional Operational capabilities and demonstrated track record of implementing structure whilst also scaling. (As this role requires somebody to be acting as a COO, however, with the CEO title & authority).
• High level business track record within Clinical Diagnostics arena and thorough understanding of entire cycle from Domain, Laboratories, Test Manufacturers, Regulation, Complaas.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations within this sector past 100 FTE's.
• Oversight of P&L.
• Involvement in Software (Preferred but not necessary).
• Ability to be based in Europe, 5 days a week on site.
