EDI Order Processing Coordinator
Contract/Temporary | $22 - $25/hr.

We are looking for a temporary EDI Order Processing Coordinator with exceptional data entry skills to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role is crucial for managing both EDI and manual sales orders, generating key EDI documents, and maintaining high levels of order accuracy.

You will work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, IT, and Customer Service teams to meet customer expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, monitor, and process customer orders from EDI, email, and digital platforms.
Prepare and distribute daily EDI order summaries.
Maintain customer information, including shipping details, EDI profiles, and pricing.
Validate and reconcile inbound (850, 860) and outbound (856, 810) EDI transactions using SPS Commerce.
Collaborate with the EDI Manager to resolve any transmission issues.
Work with the Order Processing Associate to ensure a 24-hour turnaround on orders.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Compile reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Must have strong data entry skills.
3+ years of experience in both EDI transaction processing and customer order processing.
Strong knowledge of EDI document types (850, 856, 810) and standards (X12, XML).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syteline) and EDI vendor portals.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SPS Commerce and Decision Resource, INC (D365).
Background in wholesale, retail, or manufacturing.
Understanding of supply chain operations.
