Position: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Reports to: President

Summary Of Position

The Virtual Assistant supports the President and acts as a team player for whom no task is too small or too large if it comes to the company's success. They are willing to act with minimal instruction and take initiative to keep the organization running smoothly and growing.

This position is fully remote.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Email management - making sure important messages receive attention and follow-up
Communicates with staff to keep team informed and aligned
Manage, organize and back up digital and hard-copy files and systematize process
Maintain and utilize the HubSpot CRM database and marketing tools
Maintain and utilize Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools
Maintaining PR database - pitching, tracking, and follow-up for podcast guest spots, speaking opportunities and other PR activities.
Organize, coordinate, plan, and facilitate events such as conferences, webinars and shows.
Creates presentation documents and power-point presentations decks.
Special Projects -such as researching potential clients, new technology, prospect lists, data entry, etc.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver by deadline
Administrative support and special projects across divisions - executive, marketing and sales
Create and interpret a variety of reports and analytics.
Provide exceptional customer experience to all - internally and externally
Monday-Friday, Dedicated hours - US EST hours
Participate in weekly meetings

Requirements

Proven work experience in a similar role
Familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs and technologies quickly
Ability to meet deadlines
Must be VERY organized and detail oriented
A team player with the ability to also work alone with minimal supervision
A passion for learning about our industry, cultures, and languages

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
