Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct routine janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting high-touch areas
Maintain cleanliness of commercial and industrial spaces by executing specialized cleaning tasks such as floor buffing and carpet cleaning
Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas are safe, sanitary, and well-organized
Support light maintenance activities like minor repairs or painting as needed to uphold facility standards
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments
Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts

Pay: $27.65 - $31.68 per hour
