Position Summary:

LaserAway is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Part-Time Remote Data Analyst to support our business operations with data-driven insights. In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to turn complex data into actionable strategies that drive performance and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze operational, financial, and marketing data to support business decisions
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and trends
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver insights
Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats to stakeholders
Support A/B testing, forecasting, and customer segmentation initiatives
Ensure data privacy and compliance with internal policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a consumer or healthcare-focused environment
Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying databases
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Background in healthcare, beauty, or retail industries is a plus
