We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Mobile Medical Scheduling Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling medical appointments for patients using our mobile scheduling system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule medical appointments for patients using our mobile scheduling system
Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
Update and maintain accurate patient records in the scheduling system
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
