At FYZICAL Bedford, you’ll join a new, clean, and bright outpatient clinic designed for individualized care. We prioritize 40-minute, one-on-one sessions, giving you the time and focus to deliver real impact. You’ll work alongside a skilled PT team and use advanced tools that set FYZICAL apart from traditional outpatient practices.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide patient care across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations, with sessions that prioritize one-on-one attention
Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery to help patients safely achieve more in therapy
Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools, freeing you to focus on patient care
Educate patients and families for long-term independence and fall prevention
Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
Participate in community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome
Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk issues
