Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Assistant at DCI. The role is based in Boston, MA, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Research Assistant will support research projects by collecting and analyzing data, conducting literature reviews, assisting with grant writing, and developing reports and presentations. Responsibilities also include coordinating project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of research progress.

Qualifications

Strong research skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation
Proficiency in academic writing, literature reviews, and creating research reports
Experience with statistical software and data visualization tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills for project coordination
Effective collaboration and communication abilities to work across interdisciplinary teams
Knowledge of clinical informatics or healthcare-related research is preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related discipline)
Familiarity with IRB processes and grant applications is a plus
