Dana Transport is Hiring: Terminal Clerk – North Grafton, MA

Dana Transport is seeking a Terminal Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting both drivers and terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Terminal Clerk:

Administrative Support

Answer phones, manage office supply inventory, and handle mail.
Support drivers with uniform orders, information requests, and petty cash.
Type and send correspondence; enter customer orders and PO numbers.

Compliance & Documentation

Process driver paperwork and verify for accuracy.
Maintain files for driver logs, physicals, drug screens, and inspections.
Assist with monthly compliance reporting and equipment records.

Driver Support & Onboarding

Track driver certifications, screenings, and onboarding tasks.
Help communicate safety policies and compliance updates.

Customer Service & Dispatch Assistance

Address driver pay questions and billing issues.
Maintain tracking logs, support data entry, and update Qualcomm records.
Assist with customer service and dispatcher duties as needed.

Qualifications of the Terminal Clerk:

High school diploma or GED (additional admin training is a plus)
1+ year in a clerical/admin role, preferably in transportation or logistics
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to learn internal systems
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with DOT or driver compliance is a bonus
Must pass a pre-employment background check and non-DOT drug screening

Schedule & Work Location of the Terminal Clerk:

Monday to Friday, 8AM or 9AM to 5PM, on-site
