CPP Builders / CPP Kitchen & Bath is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly communicative office person to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, has a positive attitude, and always keeps a smile on their face while helping customers and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Answering and making phone calls
Scheduling and communicating with clients
Sending invoices and handling basic paperwork
Assisting with light bookkeeping
General office and administrative support
Helping maintain organized daily operations

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Organized and dependable
Willing to learn — we are happy to train the right person
