Job Description:

The Site/Quarry Manager oversees all aspects of aggregate production, including rip rap, custom blends for major projects, and standard materials for fixed plant customers. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Aggregate Operations Manager and site personnel, ensuring safe, efficient operations and consistent product quality.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in construction aggregate production management.
Experience in earth removal and working to finish plans would be an advantage.
Mining or Civil Engineering diploma would be an advantage.
