Requirements for Staff Nurse:

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts or eligible for reciprocity
Nursing degree from an accreited college or university
Russian speaking is preferred

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing
Maintain safety of residents
Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
