Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, helping others stay on track, and making the workday run a little smoother for everyone. As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the team—often the person who quietly ensures everything behind the scenes is working just as it should.

What You’ll Do

Keep calendars organized and help schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the right people
Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) so information is easy to find
Order office supplies and help keep the workspace running efficiently
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like tracking expenses or processing invoices
Support team members with day-to-day administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
Comfort with common tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm when things get busy
A dependable, proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
Previous administrative experience is helpful, but not required
