Brand Designer I

As a Brand Designer I, you’ll be an essential part of our growing design team, contributing to the development and expression of our brand across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll help ensure every creative asset—whether for eCommerce, marketing, or brand campaigns—reflects our visual identity and strengthens our connection with consumers. Working closely with the Senior Design Manager, you’ll support production needs, create compelling brand assets, and help bring the brand to life through thoughtful, high-performing design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for eCommerce and brand marketing, including homepage graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and in-store visuals.
Translate brand strategy and guidelines into cohesive visual expressions that enhance storytelling and drive consumer engagement.
Support execution of monthly eComm and brand marketing calendars by delivering creative solutions that align with business goals and brand standards.
Assist with production work across marketing and brand channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager and cross-functional partners (Brand, eComm, Product, and Content teams) to bring the brand to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Maintain organized files and adhere to established processes for asset delivery and archiving.
Stay current on digital design trends, brand identity best practices, and eCommerce innovation to continually elevate the brand’s visual expression.

Qualifications

1–2 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency) preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, eCommerce, and brand identity design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
A team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for brand building.
